Re: I'm on Fire.....Literally!!
I have really long hair, and I normally keep it back in a pony tail. One time I didn't have my hair tied back and I was lighting my pipe and I lit some of my hair on fire. My friends, being the wonderful people they are, only laughed.

Re: I'm on Fire.....Literally!!
My best moment was dropping a lit pipe in my lap while driving. Got the pipe up quick but soon felt some burning on my thigh and stomach. Most of my work shirts and a few pairs of pants have tiny ember holes in them!

Re: I'm on Fire.....Literally!!
I was driving the company car last year (kind of a community property vehicle assigned to no one in particular) and smoking a cigar. This is frowned upon by management but there are several of us that do it and we all do it in the old beater Volvo.
I was cruising along and the cigar had burned down so I thumped it out the open sunroof (or so I thought). I got to my client's business and went in and spent an hour or so. I had left the sunroof open and when I got back in the car I wondered why it was still so smoky in there.......? Started down the road, now with the windows up and the A/C on and it was evident the smoke was building! Well when I pulled over I found that my cigar had rolled around in the backseat floor board and ended up under the back seat. The floor mat had completely burned up and the foam underneath was gone down to the floor pan. Man, what an ass chewing that was! That Volvo is now the official smoking car but I only use my pipe in there

Why am I reminded of the Dude, right before his ride smashed into the dumpster?

Re: I'm on Fire.....Literally!!
I had a similar experience. When I was in high school I smoked cigarettes. Some buddies and I were driving around in one of my friend's car. We were all smoking at the time ‘cause we thought it made us cool (a habit which I have since kicked). I flicked my smoke out the window, but the wind blew it back in and it went right into the back of my shirt. I flapped my shirt and the smoke fell to seat without burning me.
