I shopped with him once. It was great personal service and everything arrived in a short amount of time.

I've ordered from Gene at Outwest in the past and had excellent service, No problems at all...still on his email newsletter thing.

Thanks guys, I placed an order for a new Pete Standard 301 and some GL Pease with Gene, and he had it ready to ship in an hour after the order. He had the best prices on the Petes and was super helpful. When I told him I was a cigar smoker, he offered to send me a free sample of some new Cornell & Diehl "Billy Bud" cigar leaf tobac. Of course, I accepted the offer.
