Definitely needs reaming. That pipe has seen better days.

it definately needs a reaming, but doesn't look in bad shape otherwise from the pic-i'd check the condition of the bit if i were considering it, looking for holes & teeth marks-if you don't mind a little elbow grease & some time you could refurb it yourself w/limited materials-if you're not handy like that, there's guys on the boards that are competent to do it or send it off to a repairman
