That only applies to businesses that aren't tobacconists. If they are registered tobacconists, its BAU.

[edit] As an example, a grocery store with a smoke shop/humidor would NOT be eligible to become a tobacconist as the majority of the store is "non-tobacco products" as they call it. Thus you could not go into the humidor.

Buddy went to the Holy Smokes in Markham the other day. Humi is now locked tight and you now have to point to the stick you want in a catalogue, then the clerk fetches it. Crazy.

Especially since all cigars are not created equal. No thanks. I don't smoke cigars often, but when I do I want to pick them myself.

Sad to learn Canada has gone totally feministic...but are there any free countries left?

Pretty much if you want freedom to smoke you have to go to the 3rd world.

Thankfully when I go to Costa Rica you can pretty much still smoke anywhere you want....

Only a matter of time though.

Or one smokes at his own home. Better yet... there will be total freedom to smoke at Scott's (buzzman600) Pig Roast and Herf in Binbrook Ontario. Waaaaay closer than Costa Rica.
