Best Budget Pipe

In my never ending quest to bring you the best information surrounding what can be had for the best price, I pose this question: what is the best budget pipe? For the purposes of this thread, I want to exclude corn cob pipes. I think they are probably the best for the price, but we'll try anyways I will put a price cap of $30 and under. Fire away!

Picked up a Dr. Grabow at the drugstore for under $25. One of my best smokers.

I'd go with Loki's pick as my first three pipes were Savinelli. I don't have a natural yet, but can't see them smoking any less great. Still, my Grabow is no lemon. Not to draw away from Frenchy's buy Iwan Ries has great specials as well.

grabows are nice pipes too. I have one myself and it smokes well

Savinelli would be your best bet if you are willing to add a fiver. If not, Grabow would be about the best you will find at $30. I could suggest estate(previously used) pipes but unless you know what you are looking at/for you may wind up with a crappy pipe. Heck, even when you know what you are doing you sometimes wind up with junk.
I will say that Frenchy at frenchyspipes.com has estate pipes that are clean and fairly priced. You can feel safe buying an estate from him.
