Churchwarden: Straight vs. Bent
I am a fan of chrchwarden pipes, and my first (and only) churchwarden is a bent Savinelli (#601 smooth). Although I like it a lot, I am wondering whether or not it is any better or any worse than a straight churchwarden like the Peterson Smooth D6. Have any of you had experiences with both bent & straight churchwardens? Is one style any better than another? Or is it simply a matter of preference?

Re: Churchwarden: Straight vs. Bent
All of my CWs are bent. It is a matter of preference.

Re: Churchwarden: Straight vs. Bent
I am smoking one right now. With GatlinB's Cumberland a delicious mild english. It is one of my favorite first blends of the day.
