Quickie about cleaning

Gregs method of charcoal and heat is meant to remedy ghosting and pipes that have been neglected. I wouldn't that method for a normal cleaning.

Im with you Dub. Im restoring a pipe as I type. The bowl is sitting in a pipe stand with bowl and shank chamber filled with salt and loaded with pure grain. When alcohol evaporates she'll be ready to puff.
