Any excuse to eat chocolate I say but I also agree with the the others with regards to drinking tea. It cleans the palate up straight away as does a cold glass of white wine

I've been trying the hot tea and it works really well too. I don't bother with the spiced or green teas, just plain old Lipton does the trick. Thanks for the idea.
