I like buying the pipes that require a bit of TLC before smoking! I think cleaning the pipes up and making them look good is a lot of fun! When I got this one, I was excited to find out what I could do to fix the stem (after thinking "who in God's name smoked this?"). One of these days I'll spend over $20 for a good new or nice estate pipe, but for now I'm happy getting my kicks from cleaning them and then sitting back, lighting up and enjoying my handywork!
