Doctor's excuse...

Hey there brothers....

Sorry I've been absent for so long (like a month or so). My daughter had surgery over thanksgiving (harmless dermoid cyst, praise the Lord!), my wife has had a stomach virus/parasite for about 4 or five weeks, which equates to chronic diarrhea and a sever lack of physical attention, my mom OD'd on RX drugs and pain killers (she's back home and recovering, and I had my wisdom teeth taken out today...so can this be an excused absence?

I feel bad since I won the tobacco lottery this month and I haven't contributed anything in weeks, so I promise to be around more (barring nothing else happens).

You guys are great and I can't wait to get back into the swing of things and puff my dusty pipes...

Sounds to me that after such a bout of bad luck you deserved to win the tobacco lottery. Sometimes a little luck is a reward for suffering through rough times. Hope all is better with your family now.

Hey man, I'm sorry all that's been going on. I'm starting to understand through my profession how stressful these things can really be. Hopefully winning the lotto this month can bring a little bit of peace to you, although I know it'll take a lot more than that. My prayers are out to you and your family.
