I always thought that mold was a problem for wet baccy

I would second Veermaster, but to me it has too much of just a plain natural tobacco taste (not a bad thing). I almost forgot Steve was looking for VAs similar to Red Ribbon, whups.

In that case, maybe Firedance flake... more of an aromatic but i noticed a nice VA hit. But that Matured Ribbon from Butera has a lot of high notes in it that i really enjoyed and a solid, natural VA sweetness to it. I bought a tin a couple months ago that's been on the shelf since 07 and i'm not cracking it 'till Christmas.

Soggy baccy exposed to air = mold
Sealed in an airtight container (tin/jar) = aging
I guess it would be comparable to plume on an 70/70 aged cigar, as opposed to mold on a soggy cigar.
