B&M Pipe Sale Flint, MI

I don't know if this is the proper spot to put this but I will anyway.. Everyone in MI, there is a pipe shop called Paul's Pipe Shop and Pipe Hospital and they are having a great sale. Buy one pipe for regular price, get equal or lesser value pipe for $.96! The sale only lasts till this Saturday 1/31/08 and is in Celebration of the owners 96th Birthday.. I'm in no way connected to this place and actually I purchased a couple pipes earlier in the week to take advantage of this sale. They are very helpful and spent 4 hours with me to help me decide on my first pipes. They have pretty much everything and a lot of hard to find pipes from years ago. I will post some pics of my new pipes in the appropriate place but I wanted to bring this sale to everyones attention. Also they do take phone orders, they did right in front of me while I was there to a individual in Arizona(I'm sure there was some kind of S&H charge too).

Paul is a world champion pipe smoker, by the way. I am pleased to own one of his older "CUYOGA" oil cured pipes and it smokes like a champ, too.

I don't think they're real internet-ie over there, Un'zer. I believe it's easier to shop over there if you walk in the actual door. It's about 850 miles for me. You?

They take phone orders. You can call in and describe what you want and they are pretty good at picing something out.

The new local B&M here carries a few of Paul's pipes. It is neat to see a few others who know of him. Fran(owner of the local) has been to the shop a few times and was telling me about this last time I was in. He has a pic of Paul from last b-day celebration and also from many years ago. Paul helped teach a few wel known actors how to smoke a pipe for their movie roles.

From where I'm at in WV right now, 463miles. 8hrs or so according to google. I'd hate to think from Casar, NC.

Paul's birthday was THURSDAy and he spent 4 hours in the shop having party stuff and saying hello.

I bought one of his pipes today at Romeos in rogers for my birthday, haven't loaded it up yet but I know it will smoke nicely. Just got to figure out what to smoke in it. I don't have very many va pipes, think that will do fine.
