What's almost as fun as bringing home 3 new pipes?
Ordering 3 new pipes via the internet and having the expectation buzz waiting for them to show up at your door!
I just ordered a giant Johs full bent, an estate Capitello Corinizio straight stack and a Savinelli Baronet full bent panel (my 3rd Baronet). Interestingly, a Capitello Corinzio was the last pipe I purchased back in 1995 before I gave up pipe smoking to raise my kids. We joked that Capitello, as a new company, must have been the result of a merger between Caminetto and Castello. But that would be Camitello, I guess.  Anyway, can't wait for these bad boys to show up! I also ordered some Reiner Long Golden Flake, some Solani Aged Burley Flake and some Grey Havens (RJPuffs and Mad Hatter's obvious influence at work!). All these goodies for less'n $280 from my good friends and yours at smokingpipes.com. Boy Howdy, next weekend is gonna be nice! |
