I bought a Tin about 6 months ago. I think I've smoked one or two bowls, I dont remember it being Bad.... but then again if it had been great or really good I think I would have gone back to it by now... I need to try this again I guess.

This thread made me decide to revisit this blend. I tried it in three different pipes, all with smaller bowls., rubbed in one, cube cut in another and folded in the last. My tin has been sitting on the shelf for a year or so and it seems to have mellowed a bit in that time. I remember this blend tasting like tonquin and not a lot else. This time around I notice the tonquin flavor is hardly noticable and there is a lot more sweetness that I didn't notice at all in previous attempts at smoking. Its really pretty good and I can see having a bowl pretty regularly with the right pipe. Also like with rope its good for removing a latakia ghost or transitioning a pipe from latakia to another type of tobacco..
