If Dub can somehow get us Irish Guinness here in the States, he's got my vote. I don't know if we tap it wrong on this side of the pond or what, but it's just not the same in the US. I mean it's not bad - it tastes perfectly fine until you actually go and have a pint in Ireland, after that you'll never be able to order a Guinness in your local pub again.
