Mayor of the Pipe forum dubinthedam has made his first official appointment. Having carefully reviewed the statutes and by-laws it is clear that the Deputy Mayor is in charge while the Mayor is out of the county. OK. Ten'hut! Everyone line up, dress, cover and count off.
