I am curious as to how many in our community of pipe smokers are inhaling? Please refrain from Bill Clinton jokes. Also, to consider yourself an inhaler, you must "consistently" inhale your pipe tobacco smoke.

No inhaling. You lose the flavor when you inhale (no taste buds in the lungs). I do snark or n'yark (3 stooges?) or whatever they call it where I blow smoke out the nose but that's as close as I come to inhaling.

Nope - pipe tobacco is especially dense and strong so even worse than cigarettes I'd wager. Hence I never have thought of inhaling it - so in my mind pipe smoking is a "healthy" form of smoking relatively speaking.

I inhale occasionally, but not too often - maybe 1-3 times a bowl. I often inhale within the first five minutes just to get a little nic in my system faster, then as i deem necessary later. I do it more for the feeling though, as I kind of like how it feels on my throat. I like to French inhale too because I get the smell better that way.

I agree with Sweet Cigars though, I hate nicotine buzzes! I used to like them, but try to avoid them now.
