Delving into English

Just placed an order with pipesandcigars.com for a tin of Frog Morton, Maltese Falcon, Penzance, and Plum Pudding. Also got a cob as to not tarnish my briars off the bat. How does it look?

Re: Delving into English

I've never tried the Froggy or Falcon. SPC Plum Pudding and Penzance are in my rotation and are a similar breed. I think you're gonna like Plum Pudding after the fifth or sixth bowl. It's thick, creamy, and tasty.

Plum pudding is in the same form as Penzance, correct? Seems even more intimidating than flake

Re: Delving into English

Some say English blends donīt smoke well in cobs... dedicate one of your briars to it (or buy a basket pipe) and if you end up not liking latakia give the briar a good salt treatment.

They are krumble kake. just rub out a couple bowls on a napkin or empty tin and dry them for 30 minutes or so to your liking. Like Drastic Quench says, easy peezy.

Penzance is good stuff. Although not one of those you mentioned, Squadron Leader is another I like.

Re: Delving into English

These are two tobacco's that I believe you will really like. If for some reason you don't, you will have no problem moving them. At a cost of about $20.00 total for the two, they are a must try.
