Where/when do you smoke?

I started smoking pipe this past year while I was in Afghanistan. There it was easy as we had seveal smoking locations as well as a nice cigar lounge pavillian in front of one of the buildings. Usually meet there in late afternoon or evening and enjoyed a cigar or bowl 1-2 times a day.

Now that I am back and have no man cave(no smoing in the house or while kids are up) my smoking is limited to the car to or from work, the deck of fire pit after the kids are in bed or around the camp fire the coupld times we have camped so far. Still getting 1-2 bowls a day.

Just wondering what everyone else does?

I have a pretty nice setup in my basemen, but before I bought my home, it was on the patio at my apartment (rarely due to a wacko always staring from the opposite building).

I usually have a cigar or pipe after work (2nd shift) about 2 to 3 times a week. I'll also usually find some time over the weekend to have 1 or 2.

I live right beside the ocean, so I'll walk down to the beach, sit on a log, and relax for an hour. Usually do this around dusk.

I have a big canopy in the back yard that I hung old christmas lights on. Just sit back and relax from 10pm to 1am

Most of the time I smoke on my back deck, but I'm lucky that the wife doesn't mind me smoking indoors, so when the weather is poor I'll hide out in my man cave downstairs.

I have been mostly smoking out on my back patio now that the weather is good. Come fall and winter, I am hoping to smoke in my man cave which is a "finished family room" in my basement. This room is equipped with a 42" LCD TV and PC and has a leather sofa and recliner.

So we will have to wait to see if the wife is in agreement with the man cave plan...

I have a small balcony attached to my bedroom, that looks out over the backyard and the cliff and trees beyond to the Straits of Juan de Fuca. Not a bad place to smoke, though the west wind gets a bit chilly even in midsummer!

My current home is a philosophy/theology pub and in exchange of some custodial maintenance, I have a place to sleep at night. So it is all to common for me to be sitting back in an old pew in smoking lounge with a pint of Terrapin Rye Pale Ale and and a bowl of Navy Flake.

Back patio for me. With the mild winters here in South Texas I smoke more during the cooler months. Lately it's been in triple digits so it's been rough smoking at all.

For me it depends if my Preg GF is over or not. If she's not, I smoke in the house. If she is, I go out on my patio with a book and my dog. Although lately with the nice weather, I find myself out side more often regardless

My condo apartment is my man cave and I smoke anywhere inside. Divorced, kids all grown, live alone...

As per my "100 degree out side" thread- I am limited to 3 places and they are all out doors in the heat. I smoke mostly after dark and lately I have taken to cigars as someone suggested in that thread. They do smoke cooler than pipes which makes me sweat far less.

Since I'm not allowed to smoke at home, I mostly smoke in the car, or outside in a lawnchair.
Hope to someday have a "man cave" to smoke in.
