Well, over the 4th of July weekend I smoked a pork shoulder and several racks of ribs. And also smoked more bowls of baccy than typical for me as well. I think all the smoke in my pipes and the constant smoke from pit did a number on my throat and I've been battling a sore throat all week. After work today my throat felt much better so here I sit in the back yard with a cold beer and my favorie Bjarne filled with Sam Gawith FVF and all is right with the world. Just felt like sharing lol

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I have the same problem when I smoke more than normal.

I smell worse after a day of smoking meats than I do after a night around a campfire...honestly, I can't stand myself after I've finished a butt roast.

I hear ya. The butt took 15 and a half hours but pulled pork sandwiches sure are hard to beat.
