Starting up again after a month: but all smokes taste bad
I quit smoking for about a month. I boxed-up my pipes up and stored my tobacco in mason jars. I've had about 5 smokes but they all taste like cheap cigars. I only get a hint of the deliciousness that I remember.
What is up? I've tried 2015, Haddo's, St. James, Solani 633... Could my pipes (I only have 5) have turned funky in a month? Any ideas? |

Are you on any new medications? Hydrocodone kills my taste

I think, as you suggested, the problem was boxing-up the pipes while they were still relatively moist. Thanks! |

Or, as Alan Ginsberg would put it: I saw the best pipes of my generation destroyed by moisture, starving hysterically damp, dragging themselves through the storage box looking for a friendly pipe cleaner...
