Low Country Pipes and Cigars (Tobacco Pipes, Smoking Pipes, Estate Pipes & Pipe Tobacco at Smoking Pipes .com) is also highly recommended.

As for me.... I'm busy for this week and deer season is going to be taking most of my Saturdays for a while, but I'm game for something... ??

Ya I didn't use two day shipping that sounds like a better idea.

They had a note on the site that (I don't know if it is recent) but it said due to staff shortages some orders would be delayed. Didn't mean to put down the site but my experience with it was subpar. In part it was my fault because I can't work a fax machine or scanner properly lol.

Also, I was wondering do you smoke a pipe when your out hunting... or can the deer smell it. I know it might be a stupid question lol but it just popped into my head.

i will have to check out that top shelf store then. and ya that message that said they were short staffed is still up and said it could take like 24-48 to ship stuff. which is why im kinda nervous about this site also. i just want my tobacco man!!

i got C&D epiphany cuz i wanna be like Einstein. WO Larsens old fashioned and signature blend. and 1 oz. of captain black regular just cuz i heard you have to try it at least once.

When I'm in the stand and taking a break, I puff on Prince Albert and sometimes Carter Hall, in a MM cob. Gun season only however as I don't smoke in the stand during the archery season.


Hmmmmm... I wonder if Tink's knows about this???

Also, if you like the OTC's or drugstore blends, try Bi-Lo's service counter. Their prices for pouches (about 1.5 onces) are better than the few Walmarts that actually still carry tobaccos, here in Richmond county anyways. Prince Albert, Half & Half, Capt Black, Borkum Riff, and a few others, depending on which store you visit.

Quite a fewWeb sites have listings of tobacco shops. A fairly extensive and easily searched one is on SmokeShop magazine's site: Smokeshop Finder - Find cigars, pipes, and tobacco retailers in any city! And while most of them specialize in cigars more than pipes, you can always call ahead and find out what they carry. Pipes & Tobaccos magazine has a selective list of shops it says have "dedicated themselves to the service of discerning pipe smokers everywhere." It's at Pipes and tobaccos - PRIME Retailers
