I used to be forbidden to smoke Nightcap in the house. After a long, cold winter she conceded, feeling sorry for me freezing my arse off in the snow and I've been able to enjoy it in my office ever since. Just the other night she asked me what I smoked. When I told her she looked surprised and said "I must be getting used to it. I couldn't even tell."
