New pipe and some baccy samples

Picked up a country gentleman bent cob from Frenchy's Pipes and An Oz. of four different bulk tobaccos from pipesandcigars.com.
Hearth & Home Larry's Blend
SG Kendal Cream Flake
C&D Epiphany
C&D Night Train

I wanted to try a few different styles of cuts and tobaccos. Im hoping this will give me a good intro back to pipe smoking.
Previously I tried a few bulks from a B&M that I don't remember, think they were aromatics. That was quite a few years ago, but I can't wait to get my order!

Out of those four i've only tried c&d epiphany. Its really good, espicially early on in the day when my pallete is a bit more sensitive. Its a mild english so if you've only smoked aromatic pipe tobacco its a good blend to start with. I've been wanting to try night train so I hope you like that and pipe smoking too! Now the hard part.... waiting for your order ha enjoy.

My samples shipped today from Pipesandcigars.com. Still haven't seen any tracking number from Frenchy's on the pipe. I heard they only ship out Tues and Thurs so hopefully it was shipped today seeing as I placed the order on Friday. I've also seen in other threads that Frenchy sends a cob out when you order a pipe. Is this true if the pipe you ordered is a cob? haha Thought it might be strange to send out something that cost as much as my order.

Oh I will! I can't wait! All these blends had at least 4 stars on tobaccoreviews.com so I hope they are good choices. I tried to pick a selection of non-aro's although I think the Kendal Cream might be slightly aromatic but more towards the natural side.

I've read reviews and/or seen opinions on all 4 of those tobaccos at some point or another. I think you'll be happy with your purchase!

So far only tried the night train in a cigarette and It was delicious.

The only one I've tried is Larry's Blend; just smoked some last night, in fact. Nice leather and butter mix!

So I smoked a cigarette of the Kendal Cream flake and it was also very good. Slightly sweeter and definitely less spicy than the Night Train. The only reason Im smoking these in cigarettes is because the one cob I was able to order I gave to a friend for his birthday along with a half Oz of each tobacco. I will be ordering my pipe tonight, trying to decide between cob or Savi natural.

I just couldn't resist the smells of these tobaccos after smelling them everytime I opened my sock drawer this week. Glad I tried some in a cig cause it was awesome.

I can't wait to try the Larry's Blend but I figured that was definitely not cigarette tobacco, as the latakia may kill me or passers by.
