Right on! And just to show you how much money it is that he's saving, you could take $224.25 and buy a brand new Johs, a brand new Boswell and about 6 tins of tobacco for that amount.

So if my wife asks why I spent $1,300 on a pipe, tell her it was an "investment opportunity" & "the mortgage can wait".

Geeze I just thought about it & realized I could buy over 500 oz of bulk Bracken Flake for the same price, tough decision.......

Yep! You only need a house to keep yourself warm while you puff!

True again on the Bracken Flake. But consider - every ounce of Bracken is essentially the same, but there is only one of those Michael Parks pipes! LOL! But I'd be afraid to smoke a thousand-plus dollar pipe!

I'm was on board up until the wife stabbing you part...haha My fiancee was ticked off about the cob and $30 worth of tobacco I just bought. I'd probably wandering the streets without a cent to my name if I bought that!
