A clear distinction between blends can be sketchy but when latakia dominates, call it english. That would definitely make FM an english blend but... it's an atypical english blend due to its mildness. It's the gentlest latakia I ever smoked. I see it as an english blend for smokers who prefer Tolkien over Tobacco. (I am often wrong, though.)
