Never be in a hurry
when your going to smoke a pipe. I was in a hurry to get out the door. I thought I grabed the pipe I smoke my english blend out of, but I didn't. I grabed the pipe I smoke MacBaren Plumcake. So I am smoking it, and it tasts so sweet. I was like, this is odd, doesn't taste like my english at all. Keep in mind I knew I had the right tobacco. Then I figured it out, I grabed the wrong pipe. OOPS... I tossed out the bowl, it didn't jive vary well.

The only experiences I've had with ghosting have been positive ones, thankfully. The taste of Squadron Leader drifting into my Carter Hall was almost magical. And don't let the experts tell you that Virginia's don't ghost! Best bowl of Union Square I ever had was in a pipe I'd used for smoking a tin of FVF...

All I smoke out of that pipe is MacBaren Plumcake which is sweet due to the rum. So when I am expecting a nice english smoke, and taste the sweetness, I wasn't ready for that.
