Re: Small pipe recommendation

Try a MM cob pipe. If your mindset is more on the briar side, give a Dr Grabow a look-see

Re: Small pipe recommendation

I use a MM Missouri Pride as my 'break pipe'; small, quick and just the thing when a little bit is just enough.

Thanks for the replies .
I am going to get a Mini cob today .

Could always smoke a partial bowl of a regular size pipe but knowing me I would stuff it full .

Re: Small pipe recommendation

Good suggestions with the small MM cobs - not that dinky one that looks like a marijuana pipe but those smaller models are perfect for a 15 minute smoke. Or just let it go out and then tamp/relight when you have your next break. I can smoke one bowl throughout the day if busy and only have time for very brief smokes. Just tamp and relight it as the day goes on.

Re: Small pipe recommendation

i just use one of the spring loaded windcaps (about $3) for a lid.

for a smaller bowled pipe, check:
dr. grabow
kaywoodie
yello bole
many pipes from the 20's to 60's
