It's by an American carver from Arkansas. His name is Larry Commeaux. He has a website but I couldn't find many images on it. I guess he has been around awhile and has been to a number of pipe shows. Mostly back East I think.

I think it's a beauty. I think it is pretty close to the most I've paid for a pipe. I know it is the most for a used one. I will let you know how it smokes.

Whoo hooo! It came today. Really nice, looks unsmoked. Will try to find some Rattray's Highland Targe in my pipe tobacco humi (basement closet). Stay tuned for further updates...

Have smoked the Heck out this pipe. Has smoked well with all blends tried. The pipe doesn't look smoked much if at all. Am trying to break it in right and not get too carried away. Nice draw. Passes the pipe cleaner test with ease.
