First Restoration project
Just finished my first restoration project on an austin pipe.
had to strip the bowl back and polish (gonna wax it a bit more though when i get the time) the stem had a huge hole that i had to fill then stripped off all the oxidation and polished on my grinder. what you think guys?

Nice Job....I just got my Retort yesterday so just getting started. You do nice work Cast...hope they smoke as good as they look!!

you've done a fine job by the looks of it . a before and after photo would have been good. what make of pipe? nu. 3 ??

I took a pic before but didnt get it off the camera, when i looked it was out of focus and you can really see it.
the wood was almost balck with dirt and you couldnt see the grain at all, the stem was a dark dirty yellow, covered in oxidation. the pipe say no.3 on one side and the other it says Austin. thanks for the comments guys
