New to the pipe forum but not to pipe smokin'
Well, i joined clubstogie about a month ago and have been on the cigar boards, but I never scrolled down enough to read the pipe forum! I have a pretty good collection of pipes, my best being a high-end Savinelli, several meerschaums, a couple nice Briars (I think one is a Nording) a few Dr. Grabows and some knock-around pipes. I also have about 12 different tobaccos, including Dunhills, W.O. Larsen, Escudo, Kingfisher, local blends, and a 12-year old tin of now-discontinued Cesare Borgia. I bult up this collection over 4 or 5 years.
I smoke a pipe about once or twice a month in the summer, and just about every weekend in the winter. My wife doesnt mind the aromatic tobacco smell, so pipe smoking is preferred in the cold as compared to a cigar. Ill post some pics in the near future, and may do the PIF this winter! |
