This is why i love pipe smokers
I recieved a Email from Chuck Stanion today.
If you don't know who he is he is the editor of P&T magizine. He saw my posts about me my damaged P&T's and is sending 4 years of Replacment magizines. This is one of the reasons I will always be a subscriber to the magazine. Chuck is one of the best guys on the net!!! I just wanted to post this. |

WOW, what a company. I think that is about the best example of customer service i have seen, if only more companies were like that, P&T obviously value their customers and know how to keep them happy

That is super cool! Nice to know that there are people out there who think about the people who are affected rather than just by the dollars they can make off someone else's misfortune. Kudos to Chuck!
