I bought my Old Boy eight or nine years ago and have used it almost daily since then. A couple of months ago, it started spewing butane and wouldn't hold a light. So, pursuant to their warranty, I sent it, along with a check for $8, to Savinelli for service (see http://savinelliusa.com/service.htm) on September 20. Today, I received the lighter back, good as new, and am lighting a bowl with it as I type this. I've heartily recommended this lighter in the past and this excellent service will ensure that my praise will be even more effusive in the future.
