"Pipe" bomb tobacco reviews
Last week, i got an amazing bomb from Neuromancer. I have tried all of tobaccos he has sent me and i would like to share some reviews:
First; Samuel Gawith's Grousemoor - This is a great tobacco. Has a tea like aroma and burns very cool. The texture of the tobacco is very unique, very silky. I will be smoking this tin very quickly. Next; McClelland #2015 - This was amazing. Great aroma, easy to smoke and a very "good" different flavor. Very little bite and cool smoke. I really enjoyed this blend. Esoterica Stonehaven Flake- This was my first flake. Great smell and a very unique smoke. The taste was very diffrent from all other tobaccos i have smoked. I had trouble keeping it lite but it was worth the effort. I will be smoking more of this. Lastly were two bulk blends- Capitol Stairs and Old companion. Both of these smoked very well. Easy to keep lite and burned all the way to the bottom. Very enjoyable. Thanks again to Neuromancer for his kindness. This bomb has really pushed me over the edge on pipe smoking. Thanks Joel

Re: "Pipe" bomb tobacco reviews
some of those "flakes" come to you pretty darn moist, so they're harder to get going and stay going when you first crack the tin.
that stonehaven gets pretty darn good reviews, too. |

Re: "Pipe" bomb tobacco reviews
Grousemoor, huh? I've been afraid to try that since it gets a few reviews that sound similar to the ones that Hef's tobacco get. What is it... #77 or #79... something like that?
Anyway, I may have to try Grousemoor just to satisfy my curiosity. Thanks for the review, Joel. |

Re: "Pipe" bomb tobacco reviews
Designwise1 wasn't referring to the Grousemoor with any number only that it has been linked by some to tasting like mixture 79 which mr "playboy" Hef used to smoke in his pipe.

Re: "Pipe" bomb tobacco reviews
Just finished another bowl of the esoterica. The drier it gets the better. I love it. Mmmmmm

Re: "Pipe" bomb tobacco reviews
Pipe bombs are always great, so much better than cigars bombs as they are not one hit wonders, if you smoke a bowl and really enjoy it you kow there are always a few more bowls left in the bag/tin to help you until you buy your own, also helpful for multiple tastings.
Great hit on a deserving brother Neuromancer! |

Those sound like a nice one!!!!!! I love pipe tobacco, I think it's fantastic. My father used to smoke a specialty Vanilla blend, and it was fantastic... now to try and find some MORE!
