Satisfying Smoke
I grabbed some fresh tobacco while I was in town today and tonight I lit up an old friend...a pipe I used to take fishing with me 20 years ago. What a fantastic treat. The tobacco was a cavendish blend. I had some trouble keeping it lit. At first it wasn't tamped down enough, then I think it just got too wet. Even the spousal unit liked it. She said it was almost worth having me come inside to smoke...almost...That ols pipe was like an old friend in my hand.

Re: Satisfying Smoke
I like Cavendish blends. I smoke The hunter's Choice from my local B&M, it is several different types of cavendishes.

Re: Satisfying Smoke
I have no idea where his tobacco comes from-he is never there to ask. I picked up three-one is a Virginia burly and the other is an English Blend-non aromatic.

Re: Satisfying Smoke
I am starting to really like the English blends, I just bought 2 oz. of No. 10 Downing Street and really like that a lot, It was only $ 1.49 oz.
