Best Packing/Filling Method for Penzance

There has been alot of traffic around here lately regarding the "Frank Method". While I find it invaluable for ribbon cut tobacco (say Odyssey, Margate) or tobacco that easily rubs out into strands (Stonehaven), the texture of Penzance seems prohibitive for using this method.

Typically just break it apart with my fingers and use the basic 3 layer method. Works well and if the tobacco is dry it requires only a couple relights.

I was just so ecstatic when I started using the Frank method that I was curious if anyone had any other suggestions for Penzance (my all time fave)

Best

Tim

I just rub it out and use either the Air Pocket or the Frank method....both work well with Penzance.
