Ya the McClellands 5100 is pretty good stuff. Lately I have been really digging a 50/50 mix of their 2010 and their 2015 blends. The 2015 has some perique in it, but for my smoking, it seems a bit much for my palate. But after I mixed these two blends, I still get the sweetness from the 2010, and occasionally the perique adds just a touch of complexity to keep the bowl interesting.

Another VA you might like is McClellands Blackwoods Flake. Somewhat similar to their CC, but a little different.

Happy puffing

For those of you who like 5100 you should try Old Red one of Scotty's Blends from pipesandcigars.com. I like 5100 but I think Old Red is way better. More depth of flavor , sweet and will not bite no matter how aggressive you get.
