Forum Pipe Pricing

Ok, I have contacted a couple of different makers so far and have got response from not all but most. The main thing that I found out is the pipe is going to cost 150 bucks. I didn't get much of a reply from the cheaper makers out there-not cheap as in product but cheap as in price. So, I am interested in how many people are going to buy the pipe at 150 bucks. Right now the plan with making it different for us is going to be a stamp that the carver will put on the pipe that says CS 2007. So, my question here is how many people would be interested in buying the pipe for 150 dollars. Please, post only if you are interested in buying the pipe. The shape I am still unsure about and will get back to you guys later about that.

The most i've spent on the a pipe is under 150 but CS is my home and it is the place that got me started on the pipe. So ya, I should be able to cover the 150 or so.

I left this little bit of info out of the first post but it is primarily down to two carvers and they are Rad Davis and Mark Tinsky, maybe that will help out if you are not sure what you are exactly spending 150 on.

Well, if it's a good-looking pipe by a carver I like, then I'll be in. It's hard to commit without knowing anything more, however.

I am not really asking for a solid commitment, I just want to make sure people are still interested in doing it even though it cost 150.

I'm interseted but it really depends on the shape and if I like the pipe we decide on.

also, from what i gather, the prices from mark tinsky could range from a tiny bit lower than 150 to more than 300, depending on finish (just like his christmas pipes and ASP pipes - if you go to his website to see what i mean by range of prices).

I haven't posted here too much but I have read a lot. As such I'd be interested in a CS pipe depending on the shape and finish.
