Re: Post a pic of your gun!

Here's a pic of my prize possession. A custom made Smithski & Wesski. It was custom made by my Dad a few years back. And now that he has passed on, this will always be one of my favorites.

For now here it is. You asked for a picture of my "gun" not my rifle or pistol but my gun.

My Ruger P90 .45
It has de-cocking levers instead of a safety switch.

Re: Post a pic of your gun!

Ok this one started out as a plain ol all blued Kimber Custom II. I did some part swaps and polished out the trigger and use it for USPSA Single Stack Division.

swapped out originals blued parts for Ed Brown stainless parts for a nice color contrast also they are high friction parts with lots of skin contact so the SS is better with corrosion resistance...high ride beavertail, extra wide ambi thumb safety thad was finely checkered, serrated slide stop, oversized and extended mag release and a tightly fitted bushing to both the barrel and frame

TechWell medium sized mag well...this requires no fitting and is held in place by their own custom alumagrips that have a awesome aggressive checkering..got them in gray for a color contrast also.

Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight with target adjustable rear.
oh yah and a Wilson Combat chesse grater on the frontstrap

Oh boy! A gun pic board!

I love guns. I believe in guns. I believe the second amendment is there to protect the first. I believe that our freedoms were both won and are maintained at the point of a gun. One of my two jobs is as a firearms instructor and personal defense trainer. I love to shoot, I shoot a lot and I love to teach shooting! Anyway, enough of that. Here are some of my favorites:

And, if things get REAL bad... My M14 in .308. With Sage EBR system. There's just something about a fully automatic .308 that has to be experienced to be believed.

Thief's Dream? or no?

If I were a thief, this forum would be a gold-mine of tasty leads!

Isn't anyone concerned (at least those that have their address visable for "cigars on the move") that all these tasty drooling cigar and gun ****ography pics make it very inviting for financially challenged?

Kind of like the geniuses that put their NRA stickers on their cars or homes? Thief's dream come true.

Just thinkin' out loud...(I'm a cops kid, ex-military, and love I my guns.) ;o)
