Holiday blend from CBC...

Picked up a pound of this from the coffee bean corral. Im still waiting to complete my SCCO, but I couldnt wait, so roasted a lil batch of it in my pooper. 8 minutes and shut it down just at the hint of second crack. I let it rest for a day and brewed it up this morning. Pretty decent coffee, low acidity and not too fruity. It left me wanting a little more depth but I think that might come when I roast it a lil slower.

If they don't run out in the near future I'll probably order another couple pounds with the next run

Just my newbie

On the one hand, I'm interested in the details of your technique...on the other hand...
