I started off roasting too dark. That was the only type of coffees that I had experience with.
Now I find that I am backing off of the roast. Typically I will do a slow 10 count when I hear that first sizzle of the second snap. Yesterday I did a slow 5 count when hearing that first sizzle of the 2nd snap. When I say first sizzle of the 2nd snap I don't mean well into the 2nd snap but that once or twice sound before it really gets started. Anyway I'll try this coffee tomorrow morning and see how it is. I'll work my way backwards until I get it right. |
