Looking for Illinois B&M's
Are there any B&M's around Wilmington, Bourbonnais, or Kankakee? I will be down that way the first weekend of August and would like to check a couple out if there is any. Thanks

I have no idea about those places but, Wilmington isn't too far from Joliet. If you don't mind driving check out Joe's Cigar Co. on Barney St. in Joliet 1 block N. on Jefferson St.
It is a kinda small space wise but, has decent selection and good prices. |

I really don't think there's anything to speak of in Kankakee. I've never heard anything bad about Joe's in Joliet though. If you are gonna drive that far you might as well tack on a few more miles and come see me and GreySmoke at Burning Leaf in Plainfield.
 Matt... you should stop in some time too. |

Nope... you ARE NOT welcome.
 I talk like I'm there everyday, but in reality I'm there maybe a couple times a month. Great store with a very nice selection though. |

I went to 8to8 this Sunday and I was sort of disappointed in their selection of illusione's and Pepins were priced sort of high...

BL is VERY reasonable on Pepin and Illusione. I think the owner must jack up the price of the Acids to keep the regular smokes cheap.
He doesn't have Kenny's selection, but he's got whatcha need. The La Riquezas seem to be going fast though. |

They are $7 and change (I think) at BL and yes... they are outstanding.

Holy crap Sorry about that scoop. I go to college in Bourbonnais. There's actually a pretty good shop called the Tobacco house in Bourbonnais. THey are getting ready to open up a cigar only lounge in the next few years too.

I figured Tobacco House was a cigarette shop. Usually places with "tobacco" in the name sell only Swishers and White Owls.
