It's a nice little shop. I've been there a few times and the owner is a good guy. He's got so many things going on, he can't keep up and also has a new baby (about 9 months now). Nice location and you can smoke in there It's about 15 minutes from my house, which is nice

wow! that's a kick-ass deal!

I'd be considering it if I wasn't still 12 years away from retiring... not to mention that I'd probably smoke away most of the profits...

of course, you'd need to check all the ins and outs to see that everything jives with the listing - just from the pics, the price seems too good to be true (either that, or I have an inflated idea of what stuff is worth?)

Didn't they ban smoking in all of illinois? Meaning people can come in and buy cigars but no longer smoke them in the shop... I believe this law recently passed, thus the steal is no steal..

Illinois' new smoking ban took affect on January 1st, however, if at least 80% of a store's revenue comes from tobacco or accessories, you can smoke in there. If the store opened after Jan 1, it has to be in a stand along building, but if it opened prior to that, it's grandfathered in.
