Some things I think would be cool but this may not be the direction you are looking to go are:

Allowing users to inventory their humidor. Being able to place dates cigars were purchased, price paid and name of cigar. Make it easier to keep track of the aging process.

Also maybe actual access to puff.com but in a scaled down version more fit for the iPhone screen. Maybe giving access to the forums only.

Just my .02 cents..

Apple is taking forever to approve our updates..we just put in a large update which will allow for the ability to download all new reviews submitted. we have already begun working on fixing search

I guess I can add this to the list of reasons that I need to get an iPhone. I got the Samsung Instinct through Sprint, hoping for some iPhone type phoning, only to be sorely disappointed. There are NO apps, let alone a useful one like this.
