Probablly the best Italian restaurant I ever ate in was in Edinburgh Scotland of all places. Their seafood dishes were unbelievable with fish right out of the North Atlantic. I literally had their version of "Fruita de Mare" for lunch and dinner each meal for 4 days straight. It was that good.

Every night the Maitre d' and the head chef would start argueing and it usually became very heated. I know they were related, and I think they were bothers. One night the Maitre d' got so POed he grabbed his jacket and stormed out for probably over an hour. The chef was so mad he wouldn't allow anybody else to be seated and he fumed the whole time and didn't do a lot of cooking.

After an hour, the Maitre d' came back in, hung up his coat, and things were a little more calm. The food was unbelievable and it was a Soap Opera of entertainment every night!!!
