Thats true, but I believe anyone with less than 100 posts will not affect a persons RG positivly or negatively

The RG controls are at the very bottom left of every post. the little briefcase looking thing with the plus and minus sign on it. Just click that and remember to CHOOSE whether to add or deductsay why, and save changes to RG.
