I've been following it a bit on Engadget. The biggest downside is that AT&T raised the data plan by $10 and it no longer includes text messages so in the longrun it could cost you more despite costing less up front.

Not just the services, but I've heard horror stories about the warranty and product support as well. I should just shut up though, it pisses me off just thinking about apple's bullshit anyways. You know what you're doing without me jumping in anyhow. Threadjack ended......

Oh, I know all about Apple's bullshit. I have been an iPod hater from day 1 (I'm a Creative man). However, phone, mp3, usable camera, video, wifi, bluetooth, GPS... that is a lot in one little device.

Not saying I would dump my Zen, but I would replace my cheapo Samsung cell phone.
