Dog Steals Squid®'s Cigar!!!

I didn't know where to put this post, but I figured "jokes" was as good a place as any. I went out to smoke a nice cigar this afternoon in the somewhat chilly Houston afternoon. Was sitting on the front porch reading a book on my Axim, enjoying the quiet sunny day. Out of the blue this huge friendly dog comes barreling up and jumps all over me, licking my face and doing that dog-greeting stuff. Almost knocked me out of my lawn chair (and I'm a fairly big guy). It took a minute to push the dog away and when I went to try to read it's collar tag, the damn thing went straight for the ashtray! Snatched my cigar and promptly ran off down the street! I've never seen anything like this before... It's a true story and I'm still laughing as I grab another cigar...

It's in the upper 40's here so it *is* rather chilly. The dog got a Cuvee 151 Rubusto. Just hope it didn't burn it's mouth! HAW!

Great story, the dog stole my cigar. I hoped he smoked it and not ate the cigar.

Also down here 40's is cold, but remember in a few months its going to be 90+ every day for 3 to 5 months, so I enjoy the cold weather everyday.

That's good stuff. Would never happen with my dog... she hates cigars. If I'm smoking and she gets a whiff of one she'll sneeze 4-5 times and then growl at the cigar.!
