Sorry I disagree, violence is both. Look throughout world history, violence of some sort has been the igniting force behind every major war. Violence begets violence. I would prefer a diplomatic solution to our current engagement, but there isn't one. If we leave we will only prove IHTs sig line, which explains why we lost the war in Vietnam; the people in this country expect results now, well that isn't how a majority of the world works. So we give up, our sh!tty ass politicians decide doing what's right isn't what's right. Forget the soldiers who have been fighting and dying for our protection from people who would rather see us dead because our religious freedom and many other basic democratic freedoms. Those people don't believe in a democratic or diplomatic solution, they are only familiar with one type of solution - violence.
