Where is Fall River in relation to Gardner? I'll hopefully be coming up there later this year.

If you are going to Gardner, it is to far. I would say about an 1:45 minutes Northeast of Fall River

Won't the online shops ship to PT? Hard to beat some of the big online stores for prices.

Tobacco orders will most probably be taxed hard by customs. I order my tobacco from the UK, but GLPease blends are almost impossible to find there.

Why would those orders be taxed different than if your mother in law sent it?

Orders from a smoke shop are most likely sent in an identified package... customs will probably hold it. All packages sent by my wife's mother have been passing with no problems.
Anyway, a tin of Westminster is already on the way, though not by mail but by a friend.
